SHIPPING & RETURN

At Finchesa, we proudly offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

Here’s a breakdown of our shipping rates:

• Free shipping on orders over 450 EUR.

• A 25 EUR fixed fee applies to orders under 450 EUR.

For deliveries within Sweden, we ship via Postnord. Internationally, we use DHL and UPS for fast and reliable service.

We strive to dispatch your order within 14 days of purchase. Delivery times may vary by location, but most orders should arrive within 7 business days.

Customs and Import Fees:
For orders shipped outside of the EU, please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. VAT (Value Added Tax) and other import fees are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control. These costs will need to be covered by the customer.

If a package is not collected on time and is returned to us, a fee will be applied to cover return shipping costs:

• Within Sweden: 200 SEK

• Within the EU: 40 EUR

• Outside the EU: 60 EUR
